SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS
Settle into this gentle and introductory meditation session with Emilie. Find the most comfortable position to draw awareness on your most recent past (i.e. living in a pandemic, working from home) and begin to assign kindness to your body as you begin to breathe.
As we become more self-aware of the physical symptoms that arise in our bodies and the thoughts that take shape in our minds, can we build a practice of inviting in more acceptance to the situations that we cannot control?
You can expect to be guided through a few seated meditations, introduced to easy breathwork techniques, and guided by thematic writing prompts.

Indulge in an evening of creativity exploring your Inner Artist!
We will start with a guided meditation to get your creative gears running, get focused with some guided writing prompts, and individually create your own mandala design!
Mandalas represent circles of geometric shapes and colours that are found universally in nature, architecture, modern design; everywhere in our living and functioning spaces. They are used as a visual aid for meditation and focus and not one is ever the same as another in design! Depending on how inspired you are feeling, choose between a premade template design or create your own mandala using our blank template page. Hang your mandala proudly at home as a reminder of your growth and the direction you are heading towards.
No prior experience in meditation or art-making is necessary.
